In addition to access to all of the Wizetrade, CommandTRADE and LightWave suite products and Live Market Alerts, what else do I get with the All-Inclusive Package monthly or annual subscription?
Your monthly subscription includes the cost of the real-time data feeds required to power each software tool. With an active All-Inclusive Package subscription, you also receive the following free of charge:

- Customer Service and Technical Support. As long as you maintain an active account with a Wizetrade/CommandTRADE/LightWave product, you receive free technical and customer support at every level. We will help you with everything related to running and utilizing our software on your computer and understanding advanced strategies.
- Access to online training that will help you quickly learn the software and understand how the markets work
- Real-time paper trading system so you can hone your trading skills before you invest real money
- Quick Reference Guides for the products that provide easy reference of terms and concepts
- Online tutorials to help you get started
- Our Web Community sites — Ask questions of other traders, swap strategies, hear special announcements and keep on the cutting edge of your training
Are there any additional fees beyond my subscription?
As stated above, the All-Inclusive Package monthly or annual subscription includes the real-time data feeds required to power the software. However, the equities data feeds include only those from U.S. exchanges. If you want to trade the Canadian exchanges, you will include a nominal up-charge: $10/month for non-Canadian customers and $24.54/month for Canadian residents.

Do I have to be an expert trader to learn how to use any Wizetrade/CommandTRADE/LightWave software?
Absolutely not. Many of our 130,000 customers have been first-time traders who have learned how they can be successful at trading using Wizetrade products. We are here to help you every step of the way.
I am new to trading; what if I am not sure what software product and market would be best for me?
Just as each trader is unique, so is each product and each market. If you are unsure of which market you would like to trade, please contact our software specialists at 1.800.304.8881 (option 1). They will be happy to go over your trading goals and help you decide what market and product would work best for you.
Do I need an Internet connection?
Yes. We strongly recommend high-speed Internet usage with our software. Dial- up can make the process extremely difficult. Read all of our System Requirements.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract to start my subscription?
No. You have the option of signing a longer contract and reducing your overall cost, but you are only required to sign a monthly contract that can be canceled at any time.
Does this software tell me what to buy?
No. Our software suites offer robust tools that measure buying and selling pressure in the marketplace based on a proprietary algorithm. We provide training that shows you how you can best use our charts to trade more effectively. We do not provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations on any security.
How can I sign up for the All-Inclusive Package?
You can sign up via our online registration form located at www.wizetrade.com. Fill in your first and last name, along with your valid email address. Then, follow the onscreen prompts. Alternatively, you can call 1.888.313.0037 to speak with an associate who will help get you set up with the All-Inclusive Package.
How will I be notified when my All-Inclusive Package is active?
Once you have successfully completed the subscription process, you will receive an automated Welcome email that contains your unique username and password. Use this username and password to sign in to your software and access the online MBT World Community.
What if I am current Wizetrade customer who has already been billed for the current month's service, but now I want to upgrade to the All-Inclusive Package?
We will manually apply the All-Inclusive Package to your account for free usage through the end of your current billing cycle; the $150.00 price would start on your next billing date.
What if I am current Wizetrade customer who has already been billed more than the cost of the All-Inclusive Package for the current month's service?
The All-Inclusive Package will be added to your account immediately, but the new billing rate of $150.00 will take effect on your next scheduled billing date. Pro-rated refunds will not be available. If have further questions, we respectfully ask that you send an email to billing@mbtsoftware.com.
