Technology
  1. Senior Systems Administrator
    Responsible for designing and implementing complex local and wide-area networks of Windows and UNIX/Linux machines, establishing and recommending policies and procedures for system use and services, and providing technical lead for others. Qualified candidates have a solid understanding of the UNIX-based operations systems (Solaris & Linux) and complex network environments consisting of multiple VLAN’s, VPN’s, firewalls, routers and WAN connections, can perform system analysis and tuning and understand paging, swapping, inter-process communication and devices and device drivers. Must have experience in networking/distributed computing environments, understanding the principles of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file systems as well as possess the ability to maintain a heterogeneous web environment that includes SUN, Apache, JBoss, IIS, .NET, and other application servers. Candidates should have solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environments including understanding the principals of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file systems. Candidates should have experience operating in an ASP environment with strict maintenance hours and working with Veritas NetBackup, Solaris Jumpstart, PXE network installation, Sun storage arrays, storage area networks, network attached storage and tape libraries as well as demonstrate a proven ability to solve problems quickly and completely while working in tandem with other technology team members. Ideal candidates also have experience with Oracle, SQL server, Extreme switches, Cisco routers, firewalls, security (NetScreen) and shell scripting/programming.
  2. Quality Assurance Analyst
    Responsible for the integrity of the test plans, test data and test environment for Wizetrade products. Duties also include monitoring bug reports and identifying each particular issue to be investigated per report. Also responsible for team's execution of manual and automated tests as well as reporting identified defects in the software and assisting in design, development, and execution of automated tests as needed to ensure maximum test coverage. Qualified candidates have demonstrated adaptability, willingness to learn, analytical skills, task ownership, customer service orientation, dependability, detail orientation and initiative. Candidates should possess excellent oral/written communication skills, strong problem solving ability, and desire to be part of a team. Strong candidates have at least 4 years experience in a technical environment working with various software and hardware. Ideal candidates have knowledge of financial services industry.

Service & Support
  1. Group Programs Coordinator
    Responsible for coordinating the The Wizetrade Group user group program comprised of nationwide groups of Wizetrade customers joined together to share product knowledge and training to increase investment success. The Group Programs Coordinator will work with both the Group Programs Administrator and the user group community to maintain and uphold guidelines for the program and assist with development of opportunities and programs to increase customers’ success through the user groups. Qualified candidates have knowledge of Wizetrade products, a strong customer focus, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding organization skills and detail orientation, computer proficiency, and a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  2. New Customer Orientation Coordinator
    Responsible for assisting new software customers during the first 30 days after purchase by providing standard and personalized telephone training sessions as well as assisting customers with support needs. Qualified applicants have knowledge of Wizetrade products and/or financial markets, outstanding customer service orientation, telephone support experience, demonstrated technical proficiency, and have demonstrated an ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
  3. Service & Support Representative
    Responsible for providing outstanding service, support and training to GlobalTec software customers to include product support and technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues via telephone, e-mail, and live chat to maintain continued customer satisfaction. Qualified applicants have a strong customer service orientation, telephone support experience, working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows environments, have exhibited a strong understanding of computers, and have demonstrated an ability excel in a fast paced environment. To be considered for the position, candidates must have solid organizational and time management skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving ability, and a willingness to work any schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates have knowledge of anti-virus software, firewalls, software applications related to Internet connectivity and security, and various computer hardware.
  4. Maintenance Coordinator
    Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of The Wizetrade Group corporate office and assisting the office manager with all related assignments. Responsibilities include general office maintenance, daily custodial tasks, office supply organization/distribution, completing minor office repairs and working with building management to coordinate office maintenance as needed. Qualified candidates have previous maintenance and custodial experience in a professional office environment, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Training
  1. Broadcast Engineer, WTV
    Responsible for all technical equipment in Wizetrade TV studio to include all maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of video servers, video cameras, production consoles, control equipment, processing equipment, microphones, telephone and interface equipment, IFB and intercom equipment. Responsibilities also include ongoing efforts to improve systems, devices, components and processes as well as design and construction of new engineering projects as directed. Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Electronics or related field and have at least 5 years previous broadcast engineering experience. To be considered for the position, candidates must be able to handle complex system integration with minimum supervision, have a strong broadcast maintenance background, demonstrate system level knowledge of all areas of production and maintenance of a broadcast television plant, possess working knowledge of FCC rules and regulations related to production/broadcast engineering, and have strong organizational and people skills with the ability to communicate ideas, concepts and budgets concisely and clearly both verbally and in writing. Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to various situations and rotating work schedules. Ideal candidates hold Society of Broadcast Engineers Certification and manufacturer training from Grass Valley, Evertz, Omneon, Sony and/or Panasonic.
